Plan to visit

First visit: We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for your first appointment to complete forms and set up your medical file with Two Tan Wellness.

Follow up treatment: We recommend arriving 5 minutes early for your follow up treatments to have some water or use washroom to get ready for your treatment.

Late Arrive

If you arrive late for your appointment time, we will have to finish on time in order to meet the needs of those who are on time. Priority will be given to the patients who arrive on time. 

Late Cancellation and Missed Appointment 

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment, which allows us to offer the time to another client. Clients who provide less than 24-hour notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee (60% of your sessional price). we will contact after the missed appointment and ask you to settle the outstanding bill immediately. No future appointments can be held or made until the outstanding account has been settled. Receipts for missed appointments say “Missed Appointment” as it would be fraudulent to insurers to indicate otherwise.

We reserve the right to proceed to collection for non-payment of fees.

Billing and Direct Billing

We accept payment by Debit, Visa or MasterCard. We prefer payment by credit card or debit. Cheque are not accepted. Payment for your visit is due at the time of your appointment. 

We provide direct billing to the for Many Extended Health Plans including: BlueCross, Great West Life, Manulife, SunLife, Johnson, Chamber of Commerce Group, Green Shield and many more. Please check by own with your insurance policy administrator for details about coverage and claim procedures.
